PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED SERVICES

Avatud OÜ (registry code 12443197) prohibits the offering and sale of the following services on its platform. Publishing a service that falls under this list will result in immediate account suspension and possible notification to the relevant authorities.

1. STRICTLY PROHIBITED SERVICES

• Sale, brokerage, or services related to narcotic and psychotropic substances (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act)
• Sexual services, facilitation and brokerage of prostitution (Penal Code § 133–133¹)
• Gambling services without a valid activity license (Gambling Act)
• Sale or brokerage of weapons, ammunition, explosives, and pyrotechnic devices without a license (Weapons Act)
• Production, sale, or brokerage of forged documents (Penal Code § 344–345)
• Distribution of copyright-infringing content, pirated software, and circumvention services (Copyright Act)
• Money laundering services and fraudulent schemes, including pyramid and Ponzi schemes (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act)

2. LICENSED SERVICES (prohibited without a valid license)

The following services may only be offered with a valid activity license, professional certificate, or registration. The service provider must ensure the license remains valid throughout the entire period of service delivery.

• Healthcare services: medical care, dentistry, physiotherapy, nursing (Healthcare Services Organisation Act)
• Psychotherapy and clinical psychology
• Pharmaceutical services and sale of medicines (Medicinal Products Act)
• Veterinary services (Veterinary Activities Act)
• Legal services under the title of advocate (Bar Association Act)
• Notarial acts (Notarisation Act)
• Audit services (Auditors Activities Act)
• Financial services: investment, lending, insurance (Financial Supervision Authority oversight)
• Security and guarding services (Security Act)
• Construction, electrical and gas works requiring a competency certificate (Building Code)

3. OTHER RESTRICTED SERVICES

• Services containing misleading promises of guaranteed results regarding health, financial gain, or other benefits (Consumer Protection Act, Advertising Act)
• Sale of alcohol and tobacco products or related services to minors (Alcohol Act, Tobacco Act)
• Tattooing and piercing services for persons under 18 years of age
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) and pyramid scheme services

4. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Publishing prohibited services will result in immediate and permanent account suspension. Avatud OÜ reserves the right to report violations to the competent supervisory authorities. Funds related to completed transactions will be frozen until the case is resolved.
